As an Urban manager, you will take responsibility for one Dutch city and under our guidance you will ensure that FC Urban gains (more) foothold there. Our concept is extremely popular and almost sells itself. If you want to get a taste of entrepreneurship and work within the sports industry, this is a golden opportunity.

A result-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit that can work independently.
You have affinity with sports, management or entrepreneurship.
You are available full-time for a period of at least three months.
20% theory/strategy and 80% action.
You have all the freedom and work autonomously. This only works if the responsibility is also taken fully.
You learn the most when you participate as a full-fledged colleague. This is how we welcome you into the team.

Even though the tasks you will be carrying out are diverse. We ensure that you have an interesting research question that your study will also be happy with!

Devise an acquisition strategy to grow your FC Urban town in members and locations.
Execute your strategy yourself and adjust it where necessary.

Help organise matches and tournaments.
